Templates are here to make our lives easier. In this tutorial, you will learn how to access templates in Figma cause it is good when we already have options to play with. Let’s go.
Yeah, we know it feels good when we use our creations, and it feels unique, but sometimes creativity doesn’t flow, or we simply don’t know the structure of something, which is when Templates become helpful. Templates are standardized structures that work in any case and are easy to use. So don’t feel bad for using Templates, instead, take the best of them.
No matter what version you have, Samples and Templates will be available for both, Desktop application and the Browser application. So the first thing would be to create an account in Figma to access the Dashboard.

Once you access the Dashboard, you will see that the Templates are based on Android and IOS visuals, and UI kit tools will be available. But you will also have access to other templates, such as Presentations Templates if you want to make your presentations cooler or have a project showcase. In addition, the Wireframing templates will help you build the User’s Journey. And lastly, you will have Templates created by community users to share your creativity.
To access a Template, simply select it on the Dashboard, and the Design File will automatically add the Template to the canvas.
